With the impact of Covid-19, Rotary Ireland is conscious of supporting individuals and businesses across the country. In particular we want to assist, in some way, in re-energising the leaders of small and medium sized businesses and those that were unfortunate enough to have lost their jobs. This 3 Part Webinar Series is aimed at those changing career, as well as business owners and leaders looking to hear how to best reset and grow their business post Covid-19.

The Seminars are 45 minutes in duration. They take the format of a 20 minute speaker interview followed by a 25 minute live Q&A session. Even if you feel that this webinar program is not of direct application to you and your business, you will no doubt, know someone – a family member or a friend - whose business or livelihood has been severely impacted by Covid-19 and who could do with some business guidance and/or career advice. These webinars may be of significant benefit to them
The webinars themselves are totally free with no strings attached. They are offered to all, in the hope of creating lasting change in our communities. Details of the presenters are set out below. Eimear is Associate Director with direct responsibility for Talent Acquisition and Training across the Brightwater Group. She heads up its Internal Talent Division having had previous roles across the Group including managing the financial services team as well as working as a recruiter in the retail, sales & marketing divisions.
Eimear joined Brightwater in 2006 and is ideally placed to understand what it takes to succeed in the recruitment industry. She is also responsible for developing training programmes within the Group to enhance the skills & knowledge of their consultants.

Paschal is an alum of both NUIG and London Institute of Directors and holds an expansive academic and business portfolio having been involved in the development and overall improvement of multi-level operations across a range of pharmaceutical, environmental and energy infrastructures.
He is the former Managing Director of General Electric Healthcare, a business that he lead for over 25 years from inception to grow to over 650 employees, an export base of over 85 countries and revenues exceeding €750 million. Paschal has a strong proven capability in both leading and managing businesses of all sizes and, since leaving GEHC, mentored companies in different industries in their restructuring processes amidst periods of growth and downsizing.

Gerardine has 30 years’ experience providing training & development and consultancy advice to companies, executives, business owners, senior site leadership teams and senior strategists from a broad variety of multinational organisations and SMEs across Ireland, Europe and the USA.
She is a highly recognised and trusted communications expert, working with companies to revise, redesign and restore whatever communication strategies best fit their business landscape and for the last 30 years has run her own communications consultancy to specifically provide training across various communication projects.
The breadth of communications projects Gerardine has led include stakeholder & community consultations, reporting & analysis results presentations, crafting key company messages as well as the design of communication plans in times of acquisition / restructuring and change management.
